Refunds are available where we fail to deliver an agreed service. Because our services are custom and digital, eligibility depends on the stage and nature of the work.
Certain services are non-refundable once delivery has begun, including social media growth, SEO, backlinks and music promotion, due to their third-party nature.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method where possible.
If you're unsatisfied, contact us first on WhatsApp or email. We'll work with you on revisions or a fair resolution before any refund is considered.
